Our process

2. Find a good fit by asking the right questions.
Effective questions obtain answers revealing if a candidate is the right person for the job. We follow the 20/80 rule, 20% talking by the interviewer and 80% by the candidate. Specific questions yield tons of information good and bad. We pay attention and listen.
3. Uncover a candidate's real story.
We call their work and school references and conduct background checks.
4. Make the job offer... The right way.
Contact the selected candidate immediately by phone and follow up via email. Confirm verbally with the candidate regarding start date and time.
5. Welcoming a New Hire.
Have a mentor ready to introduce the new person to the business and help them adjust to the position. Allowing a new employee to hit the ground running makes them feel valued and hopefully quells any second thoughts they have about taking the job.
